What does “work station” mean?
Each licence is intended for one work station. You can also uninstall a license on a workstation and reinstall it on another, such as when a computer is replaced or responsibilities change.
How do I get the installation file once the purchase has been completed?
After the purchase is completed, you will receive an email with a link to the installation file and your licence key. You download and install the file so that the software is on your PC. When you launch the software, you will be asked for your licence key to activate the software for your work station.
Can I try the software for free?
You can try the software free by downloading the basic version. This version has full functionality and is available for any number of issues with max. 30 pages per issue. It is completely free and may at any time be converted to the premium or business version at any time with a valid licence key.
Are there any ongoing or follow-up costs?
The software is continuously developed further and updates are available on a regular basis. With the purchase of a Basic, Premium or Premium Plus version, you will automatically receive access to all updates for one year. You benefit from improvements, adaptations and new functions. After one year we recommend to get the maintenance updates (see table above). With Blätterkatalog Cloud you are always up to date.
Can I switch from one version to another at any time? How do I upgrade?
You can switch from one version to a higher version, by activating a valid licence key in the software.
Should I expect the issues created to contain third-party advertisements?
Blätterkatalog is 100% free from third-party advertising. All publications are always ad-free. Only your content counts.
How can I get technical support? What should I do if I have questions about the software?
Our software is designed to be used without training or special IT expertise. The detailed instructions provide answers to all major questions. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact our support team. Additional information can also be found in our Help Center.
Are there regular software updates?
